Max McGeachy was born and raised in South Tampa, where he attended St. John's Episcopal for ten years, Tampa Preparatory School for high school, and then Florida State University, where he earned a degree in Real Estate from the College of Business and was a board member of FSU’s Real Estate Society.
Prior to joining the Toni Everett Company, Max worked at Franklin Street, a full service commercial real estate company headquartered in Tampa, FL. At Franklin Street, Max’s focus was assisting landlords in leasing up retail properties. During his time at Franklin Street, Max was a part of a team that closed over $40 million in lease transaction value.
Max is very active in the Tampa Bay community in a variety of charitable causes and organizations. Max is a member of the Junior Board of the Children’s Cancer Center, which is a nonprofit organization serving children and their families affected by cancer in both Tampa and Sarasota. Additionally, Max is a Sustainer of the Tampa Museum of Art and enjoys playing pickleball and tennis in his free time as well as eating at the many great restaurants in Tampa.
