SHAMYL DICRISTANZIANO

Shamyl Di Cristanziano was born in Caracas, Venezuela along with her twin sister before moving to Tampa, Florida with their mother in 1997. She attended Plant High School before graduating from the College of Business at the University of South Florida with a dual bachelor’s degree in international business and marketing. While attending USF, Shamyl started marketing, leasing, and managing student housing projects for her university, specializing in student relocations, which ultimately lead her to pursue a career in Real Estate.

Landing her first Real Estate opportunity with Cortland Realty Group in 2011, she started growing her residential real estate background before traveling nationwide to do on-site leasing for high-end condominiums. Later, she fully transitioned into Commercial Real Estate and helped lead Echelon Real Estate Services through important mixed-use projects like Echelon City Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Shamyl joined The Toni Everett Company late in 2021 to continue developing her residential/commercial portfolio and focus on the South Tampa market as Toni Everett’s executive assistant. Shamyl’s first year with the brokerage was a success; generating over $5MM in sales volume within the South Tampa residential market. As she continues her journey, she is focusing on luxury properties, relocations, and international clients.

As Shamyl continues to establish herself in this niche, she will continue to maintain strong relationships, stay updated on market trends and property values, but most importantly, have a deep understanding of her clients’ needs.
