Kayleigh is a second-generation Floridian, born and raised in Tampa. She is an alumna of Cambridge Christian School and Mercer University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BA in Communication and Media Studies. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, Kayleigh transitioned into the real estate industry following in her grandmother’s footsteps and returned to the Tampa area. She joined The Toni Everett Company in 2021 as a Realtor Associate and Transaction Coordinator. Kayleigh now serves as the company’s Development Coordinator for The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Tampa.

Tim Gibbons has been a multi-million-dollar agent with The Toni Everett Company for over 20 years. A 4th generation South Tampa native he is highly respected for his integrity, persistence, attention to detail, and valued for maintaining a large network of business and social connections throughout the Tampa Bay area. Tim remains active in his community by volunteering and participating in numerous civic, professional, and charitable organizations. Liz Guerra has made a career of helping others with a strong background in education and marketing. Liz worked educating at-risk children in the Tampa Hillsborough County Public School System and went on to pursue a career in marketing educational technology and later pharmaceuticals. After spending a few years at home with her children, Liz decided it was again time to begin helping others achieve their goals, this time in Real Estate. Liz, a Tampa native, knows everything about Tampa: from the back roads to the top places to get an education, to, of course, the best places to live. Max McGeachy was born and raised in South Tampa, where he attended St. John's Episcopal for ten years, Tampa Preparatory School for high school, and then Florida State University, where he earned a degree in Real Estate from the College of Business and was a board member of FSU’s Real Estate Society. Prior to joining the Toni Everett Company, Max worked at Franklin Street, a full service commercial real estate company headquartered in Tampa, FL. At Franklin Street, Max’s focus was assisting landlords in leasing up retail properties. During his time at Franklin Street, Max was a part of a team that closed over $40 million in lease transaction value. Max is very active in the Tampa Bay community in a variety of charitable causes and organizations. Max is a member of the Junior Board of the Children’s Cancer Center, which is a nonprofit organization serving children and their families affected by cancer in both Tampa and Sarasota. Additionally, Max is a Sustainer of the Tampa Museum of Art and enjoys playing pickleball and tennis in his free time as well as eating at the many great restaurants in Tampa.
